With our electronically controlled brine system, you can easily input the desired amount of water, initiating an automatic start and stop for the water filling process. Once filled with road salt, the brine is mixed through recirculation, ensuring a consistent and well-blended solution.

To facilitate the mixing process, our brine system includes a mixing ratio chart, providing guidance on achieving the desired concentration. Additionally, a weight checker is integrated into the system, allowing for accurate measurement and control of the brine’s weight.

The pump incorporated in our brine system boasts a high throughput capacity of 800 liters per minute, ensuring efficient and speedy operations. This enables quick filling of liquid spreaders, enhancing productivity and minimizing downtime.
