Ozone Facilities for Air Purification

Item no.: N/A

Facilities for ozone-based air purification are effective in removing unwanted, malodorous contents from various sources such as purification plants, sludge and aeration systems, process industries, manure and digestion tanks, and more. These facilities can be easily integrated into most ventilation systems.

Ozone-based air purification is an environmentally friendly, efficient, and cost-effective method for establishing and operating air purification systems. Moreover, this method ensures high operational safety. Ozone facilities for air purification can solve a range of air purification challenges.

Depending on the composition of the contaminated air, pre-filtering may be necessary to remove particles. However, in most cases, no additional purification steps are needed.

Our ozone-based air purification facilities are made of glass fiber-reinforced polyester, which results in a lower cost, resistance to chemicals and aggressive media, corrosion resistance, and more.

Can be integrated into most ventilation facilities, an optional pre-filter is also available.

Design

The method and equipment used in our facilities are based on air purification using ozone. Ozone is an effective oxidizing agent that can break down both organic and inorganic odors in the air. During the oxidation process, ozone is converted into oxygen, while the odors are oxidized into smaller molecules that do not release unpleasant smells. Our process does not involve the use of any chemicals.

In most cases, our process does not produce any residual products that require collection and aftercare. Contaminated air is directed through an ozone chamber, where it is mixed with ozone produced by special low-pressure UV lamps. The oxidation process is initiated with the help of UV light, and the ozone treatment is combined with a photochemical process to ensure maximum efficiency.
